To whom it may concern,

In case you care to get feedback about your business, I would like to say that I am very happy with the service I have gotten at your store the last couple of times I went.

I went to your store for the first time after I met Roland at the Vancouver Motorcycle Show this past January. He was very helpful and not a pushy saleman. I have since gotten back two more times to purchase different things even though I live in Port Coquitlam.

This is a bit of a drive for me and I have no other reason to go there (my bike is a Honda so you don't carry all the parts I need), there are several other dealerships closer to where I live, including a Honda dealership. However, you guys have given me so much information when I had questions, you have been honest in dealing with a credit when I had to return something, and you have always been very polite and pleasant that I am now convinced to shop at your store for as many of my accessories (plus oil and such) as possible.

I like your store, you have treated me well, I will support your business by shopping there.

Thanks again for the tires and getting it so promptly.

Wanted to send a kudos to the lovely lady (not sure who?) that noticed my sister was pregnant, and insisted on helping her carry the tire down to her car. That's awesome service guys!

She had nothing but nice things to say, the shop was open on time, everyone was busy doing something, and friendly. High praise coming from my sister.

I just wanted to write to thank you and your staff for the EXTREMELY wonderful service we have received from your store over the past couple months.

I was refered to you by Bob @ Open Road where I took my motorcycle lessons, and I've been extremely impressed. I'm a brand new rider, and a larger woman. I was having a hard time finding a jacket that would fit me. My boyfriend and I came in to see what was available. We were helped by one of your staff members, Rachel, and we spent time finding the right helmets for us both, and a jacket and pants for my boyfriend. I couldn't find anything that fit. Rachel was awesome and tried to find me something, and ordered in some different sizes. But they took forever and were being backordered. Rachel contined to look into my order and was always there to encourage me. Finally after finding the perfect fit, yesterday I received the perfect jacket for ME!! I'm so excited and although it's been a long wait, it was definately worth it.

I wanted to let you know how incredibly efficient, helpful, caring and informative your staff has always been, and huge thanks to Rachel! She was absolutely fantastic. We will continue to come by for our biking needs, and maybe even purchase my next bike with you. The staff downstairs has always been wonderful too!

Thanks so much...and please thank them for their dedication on INCREDIBLE SERVICE. Ask Rachel my story about the Harley store....twice went looking for help there and it was horrible!!...

hey marq..its b. c...i wanted to tell you how rolly and rod bailed me out..i just got a patric racing 42mm for my bike and i need to change the jets in it as it was way lean..i needed them yesterday as i have a ride planned for the weekend..i called yesterday around noon and the boys said they would get right on it..as i explained my situation to them..bang..rolly called me back in 10 minutes and said you'll see your jets tomorrow..wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!..i got them half an hour ago..not only is this great customer service but i live in trail b.c...great great job,not that this is anything new but you have a customer for life..b. c.

I have been a customer of your shop for about a year now. I calculated that I have spent about $20,000.00 + there. It is because all of you are very friendly and helpfull.

Lester has always steered my right in my pursuit to bikers happiness. The other salesman have been kind to me too. Thanks.

The guys upstairs are curteous and do their best to help the customers with the right information.

Only ever had one hiccup with the service shop, but they were somewhat appoligetic. This was last year.

My e-mail to you is to relay my satisfaction and delight with your service shop and the manager Chris. I put in my bike for a full exhaust change. Cobra Long Slash Downs and the MAX AIR System. Rod upstairs took care of that for me.The young lady in service was very nice and accomodating. Chris kindly this time and on an earlier service call last year drove me to work as I had no ride from the shop. Thanks a lot for that. Second. I am totally pleased with the new exhaust system. It feels like a new more powerfull and pleasantly much Louder bike.

I want you to know that your TEAM is great. You are fortunate to have such passionate people working for you. (I assume you are the owner?) I will be always reccomending people to buy from your establishment. All departments come through for me and I always feel welcome there.

Look forward to future business with Western PowerSports as I have other ideas for my bike.

To Whom It May Concern:

I wanted to drop you an e-mail to let you know what a gem you have in your midst. If you know your people, then you probably already know that I’m referring to Rachel.

I came in last week and purchased a new scooter from you folks. I’ve never had anything like it before and was quite ignorant of what I needed. While everyone there was helpful in one way or another, Rachel went the extra mile. She helped me make sure that I was talking to the correct people, gave me good advice and did not try to oversell me. Because of that, I will be back to buy more accessories, and hope that she will be there to advise me. My advice to you is to keep her on staff. With her people skills, intelligence and charm, she should be able to go far in any profession.
